Warband is a lightweight, miniature-agnostic skirmish game designed for fast setup, quick play, and deep customization. Whether you’re using detailed miniatures, kitbashes, or tokens, this system lets you jump straight into tactical combat without heavy rules overhead.

At its core, the game is intentionally simple:

• Each player controls a warband led by a commander
• Eliminate the enemy commander to win
• Build your warband with a budget of 100 coins
